765 Management structure

G: They are going to tell us a little bit more about how we are going to work. It’s going to take quite a bit. First of all, what we are used to doing, is when there is some form of problem or something to be sorted, we tend to go into all the nitty gritty, all the little bits and pieces, and sort it out based on the experience that we’ve had etc. Those little things now, are going to be put on one side. We are going to be looking more at the bigger picture. So it won’t be worrying about the nitty gritty’ s anymore. It will be looking at the next level up. Which sorts out all the nitty gritty’s.

So, how they are showing me this, is first of all, looking in the past, is like, if you can imagine, a piece of paper upright, A4 sheet upright, just millions of them, side by side. Each one is a decision that we have made during the day, in our lives. And now they are saying, let’s just turn those pieces of paper sideways, so we look at the front of an A4 and it’s a huge thing. And that is the way you will look at all these little things from now on. Behind each sheet of A4 paper, is all the small sheets, side by side. So I’ve got to lump everything together.

So, as an example, if you worry about paying this one, this one, this one and this one, it’s now going to change to thinking about all of them.

 

S: Mmmm.

 

G: Get the idea?

 

S: Yes. Yeah.

 

G: so the way you are going to interact, heal and so on, is going to be exactly the same way. When you hold a discussion with somebody, it’s not going to be a matter of little bits and pieces that they are …..

 

S: It’s not going to be about them; it’s going to be about the totality of everything.

 

G: Exactly, yes.

 

S: The contribution they can be, the contribution they are. What they are learning. It’s life.

 

G: Yeah, a bigger overall picture

 

S: Yeah.

 

G: So you don’t worry about the small bitty things anymore.

 

S: Yeah.

 

G: Now, how we’re going to teach this is going to be a little bit different, because when you have to interact with people who don’t know as much as you do, then you need to give them a very simple answer.

Spirit: The answer I’d like you to give them is just as short and simple as possible, without going into a very detailed explanation, because they should be able to figure it out.

So, no need to give them examples of this, that and the other, just tell them exactly what needs doing, changing, and let them figure out what the change needs or what needs to be done.

It’s a common problem with humans at the moment, is they go into too much detail, and it’s for two things.

First of all, to get the message across, but secondly, to sort of justify what they’re saying, and to show that they are talking correctly, that they are right.

When you see a bigger picture, it’s just a matter of listening to all the bits and pieces, and then telling them the bigger picture.

That’s how it will be. Because they’ve got to sort of learn in the future.

Now, if you look at all the people you’ve got out there, you’ve got levels of people.

At the bottom level, you’ve got all these people who have all these A4 papers sideways.

They want all the nitty gritty, etc.

But above that, you’ve got people who look at the A4 straight on.

Then above that, you’ve got people who are looking at bigger and bigger scenarios, or understanding it from a much higher level.

I mean, if you go to the extreme and take one of the spirits that looks after Earth, they see the whole Earth evolving, not one little….

 

S: being

 

Spirit: one little being and their problems down there. So, it’s seen at various levels, and you’ll be working on these levels as well. Just much higher than normal, not all the way to the top, of course. But you’re able to see things which need changing.

Now, when you change them, it’s a matter of, if you change a scenario in an area, let’s say there’s some drama in Palm Lakes, for example, and you need to fix that.

It will be an overall fix for that particular area.

That will then filter down to the people, who will get the understanding of what needs to be done, and they will then filter it down to the people who have all these little nitty-gritty’s to go through.

So you’ve got this structure, and this structure is in all forms of life, basically.

We’ve referred to it before as management structure.

 

S: Yeah.

 

Spirit: So, you’ll be talking at a much higher level, but just remember that that filters down to all the people on a lower level.

And that’s done through, basically through what we’re doing with you.

You’ve given us approval to work through you the way you think, and just the way you think, we will interpret what needs doing.

We won’t ever cross a line then; we’ll do exactly what you’re saying.

But when you take a lower level, it’s the same thing.

They think only to a much lesser degree, which means that their guides and their spirit can only help them to a lesser degree.

And so it goes right down to the basic level where there may be no communication with guides at all.
