In this space we enter you will be able to shift aspects of your reality. We transcend the clutter of this 3D space and work directly with our higher self to both heal our bodies, remove elements or draw the desired elements into this time frame. When in this ultra deep state of being there is a proability that some DNA cleansing will take place (we will discuss this)

Meditation cushion
light blanket
WATER – We will have water, tea and coffee available too.
A light snack or lunch
A blindfold.
