1233 A guide explains how he is just energy

The reason you’re seeing so much energy is because life on earth at the moment –  you’ve got the physical bodies and you’re doing an awful lot working with 5D and you know about all the different levels up here and so on. When you eventually cross over it’s all going to be energy and everything changes; and people don’t realise that up here it is all energy, and everything you look at Is energy, because we’re energy. We move through energy, we communicate through energy, everything we do is energy.

What you were shown just now, the tunnels of all different colors is simply How we think, how we create, and how we move. That’s what we do. Now it makes an awful lot more sense to us than it does to you at this stage. You have your limbs to walk around you have your lungs to breathe and so on; we don’t need any of that. So what we have instead is this whole variety of colors and energy and that’s how we work. That is our composition, how we’re made up. If you understand what I’m trying to say,

it’s two different things. So when we show you something from up here it’s going to be very alien to you. Yeah. With what you know so far. Okay so all these different colours we can create anything we want to simply by thinking the right way.
