1260 Egyptian Government to get the “Change”

Now, the last thing with Egypt is the government. The government there has been corrupt for a very long time. And this in a way is the same as the men dominating the women, the government dominating the people. So the richer people at the top, they’re in government, they’re as corrupt as can be and it’s just the same as ANC here, it’s sort of a way of life. And of course this creates a lot of anger amongst the people, the people are always bitching, moaning, complaining about the government doing this, that and the other but they never actually get around to doing anything about it. A few years ago they had the Arab Spring where they kicked out the government,  and they sort of let it slowly go back into more or less where it was, not quite that bad, but what’s going to happen now is that was like a forerunner to the real change that’s going to happen next year. So the energy is already there, that area has been uplifted, the ground has been tilled if you like, and new seeds planted and although more weeds are growing it’s much easier now to go back and sort out the ground again and it’ll be more acceptable this time and then the whole thing will start to spread right across Egypt over two generations and these two generations will certainly bring it on par with the rest of the world, and thinking will be very Moderated so Not so serious.

You see that the problem there is that they don’t really stop and think about their religion. They’re brought up to say this is how it works from children. They don’t think, no, they just follow their religion. It has to be done and that’s the way you do it.  And now they are, or they will, stop and think and they say well we can improve this. We don’t need to do this. I don’t go to prayer five times a day or whatever because all that does is it ingrains into you  five times a day;  God is great and so on and so on. So stop, think change and suddenly they think well this is just so much better.

And over two generations, the whole thing is gonna change much better. The governments will become stronger governments, there’ll be more governments for the people. Now, it’s the people that are gonna get this feeling before the governments do.

The governments will be very loath to relinquish the power that they have and the money that they can make. But when the people get together and they’re going to get together to kick the government out but in a nicer way they’re not going to go in there with guns blazing and tanks they’re going to say very peacefully look we’re all dead against what you’re doing stop it you’re out and they put somebody else in there – they put in their local hero to go in there and get things back on the track. Now I’ve got Gaddafi. No, Gaddafi’s been dead 20 years. And he was saying he was very corrupt. Well, what he’s saying is in his day it was accepted that the leader can do these sort of things, can make all the deals, can pocket the cash because you’re leader of country.

It’s just it was an accepted way of doing it and if he wanted to get others involved and give them a share of the spoils if you like, that was up to him. And the idea was that you would do that to create a stable government where all palms were greased and everybody was happy. And the thinking was if you had a nice stable government, all the people would just fall into line.

And they’ve known for years that the people don’t really do much. The uprising in Syria, for example, suddenly changed things, and the Arab Spring that changed things. He said it was well over due. But the same things happened, because in his country, he was the leader, he was taking the bribes, and he was doing this and that for the good of the people.

And it’s the same thing, the soil was tilled once and now they’ve gone back to that and it’s going to happen again. So it’s a forerunner that’s going to change things over the next 20-30 years.
