1973   The Portals and highways for inter Galactic travel

The first of 3 parts where a visitor explains how they travel through space and time. It starts  with Geoff seeing………………

It opens up and it’s absolutely this huge cavern. It’s actually a different dimension. Okay. Now this is another portal.

What I can see in this huge area is just an emptiness. There is no energy here. It’s friendliness. It’s light enough. I can see well enough. But there’s no energy here. And this is because what arrives here changes energy or whatever, and goes on its way. So it’s a portal of some way. We’ll find out where it is in a moment. But the reason there is no energy here is because there’s all forms of energy coming from different planets, and when they arrive, it’s got to be conducive to their particular energy. So it’s like a neutral energy. So if they arrive, then the energy can change to where they’re going and then they can move on. So I’m going to assume that this one is an energy for people coming here onto this planet.

The trails that come here, they are not physical trails or trails that you can see. They are trails created by somebody accessing this area before.

If you go from, let’s say here to the moon, we would do it in a couple of seconds, and we would go at, let’s say, the speed of light, for example. It’s a trail, but we don’t see where that trail is. But we know that trail now exists because we’ve been there. So when the next person comes along he just needs to find that particular trail and he will move along it. And they can be overlapping trails, it can be thousands of trails, it doesn’t make any difference, it doesn’t have to be a proper freeway which everybody uses. So it’s very easy for us to travel from one planet to another, one area to another, because all these roads, freeways, are already there.

The universe is billions of years old. So I mean there’s just so many trails, it’s unbelievable. Very simple to travel, very simple. And you can go from basically one country to another, you can go from one galaxy to another, and if you haven’t, if you go to somewhere where nobody’s ever been before, you simply create the first trial. That’s what makes the difference. That’s what these are for. Now, again, these are man-made right at the beginning.

Well, they are automated.

Okay, so they’re created from our side right at the beginning. And they’ve just been carrying on for years. So for us the universe itself is a lot smaller than you would perceive it to be. So as a matter of fact when we started we set up these portals and the portals, just to simplify, just to say that the portal can accept any language, any being, etc. etc. It doesn’t have to be anything specific.

It’s just, it is. We simply create it for use of everybody. And then we automatically just place one on every planet. It’s very simple to do. It’s just a repeating process. So, now, we could, for instance, put up barriers to say that, let’s say we find some bad guys, we could put up barriers to say that bad guys can’t actually use this.

But then again, if they are at that particular level, they’ll be able to create their own anyway, so it doesn’t make too much difference. So we just let them be, we sort them out, and as you know, there’s got to be always a positive, negative, and balance. That’s not a problem.
