Many people ask what life is like from my side, and the simplest answer is this: everything is energy.
On Earth, you experience life through a physical body. You have arms and legs to move around, lungs to breathe, and senses to interact with the world. Because of this, it is natural to think of yourself as physical.
But when you cross over, everything changes.
Here, we are energy. We move through energy, communicate through energy, create through energy and experience everything through energy. It is not something separate from us—it is what we are.
That is why, when I show you scenes from this side, you often see streams of colour, tunnels of light and beautiful patterns of energy. These are not decorations. They are part of how we think, create and interact with our environment.
To us, this makes perfect sense because it is our natural state. To you, it can seem strange because your experience is still largely based in the physical world.
You use your body to achieve things. We use thought and energy.
The colours and energies you see are part of our composition, part of what we are made of. Through focused thought, we can create experiences, environments and forms of communication that would seem almost impossible from an earthly perspective.
This is why I often say that the spiritual realms are very different from what people imagine. They are not physical places in the way that Earth is physical. They are living expressions of energy, consciousness and creation.
As humanity continues to evolve spiritually, you will begin to understand more and more that energy is not just something around you.
At your core, it is what you are too.
